FAMA Company is looking for an accountant candidate for our client with the following requirements:

Job Title : Accountant staff

Job Description:

-          Mainly in charge of daily accounting record including all AR & AP. Organize and update all financial records.

-          To perform and follow up with bank transfer and cash monitoring.

-          Make daily report to MD, prepare weekly AR & AP to company.

-          Enter account books and other accounting related information for efficiency and accuracy.

-          Follow up payment with customers and service providers, request payment from clients for due-date amount.

-          Basic office admin tasks as: record timing for labors, prepare office stationery, monitor office equipment, other company’s assets, follow up director’s document and papers…

-          In charge of social insurance, monthly payrolls, labor contracts,  register increase/decrease employee to social insurance office, settle social insurance for dismissal staff…

-          Prepare documentation, coordinate and follow up with external accounting service company and audit service.

-          Responsible for other related issues as assigned by managers.

 Job Requirement

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

2.     Minimum two or more years experience in accounting.

3.     Accounting Software knowledge preferred.

4.     Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.

5.     Office english as basic level.

6.     Well organized and detailed, accurate, able to work under high pressure.

7.     Teamwork mind, discipline, union.

8.     Be dependable and truthful.
